If you have basic tools then do it yourself. It’s infinitely cheaper and you will not only feel good about doing it yourself but will see how the inner workings work. You’ll just need to buy the correct suspension oil and you’ll even have some left over for doing it again in a years time.
Go on youtube and look for videos for a ‘Fox lower leg fork service’ a ‘fox shock service’ and i don’t know what dropper post you have but you’ll be able to undo the collar and drop some suspension oil in there to help that work better and it might just need a pump up if it’s cable operated or a bleed if it’s hydraulic.
For all three that seems plausible. The issue with suspension work is a lot of it is not fully knowable until taking things apart. Considering how long it’s been, they could be buffering for a full replacement of seals, o-rings, oil as well as a damper overhaul.
The shock depends on whether they’ve got the equipment for Fox and Brain for whether they do it in house or send it out.
The dropper could beast simple as swapping out the cartridge, or more involved with swapping whatever it uses to prevent rotation, bleeding the damper, replacement of seals, etc.
well, if you think that’s too expensive, you can definitely contact Fox directly and ask them how much it will cost to have your fork and shock rebuilt however I think 250s is a pretty good deal for all three serviced…
