What makes you think they need replacing? If there’s no noticeable play between the mating surfaces when you tighten the clamps, you should be fine.
Here a web page copy of the Brompton hinge clamp data sheet, which shows how to measure hinge clamp wear/distortion — noting to replace the aluminum clamp piece when spacing reaches 0.9 mm. The steel bolt lever can generally be reused with a new aluminum clamp.
