  1. Wait till you try some P Zero TLR RS, those fuckers are tough installs. Giving me the sweats right now thinking what I’d do if I had to fix a flat with a tube on a ride…..😭

You’ve got to *stretch* the tire dude.

There have been countless occasions someone has brought a wheel into the shop, and yeah, usually an Enve rim, that they cannot get a tire on. I’m 140 pounds soaking wet and I’m all legs, and I can pop the tire on no problem by using the correct technique.

As pictures here, grab the wheel at 8 and 4 (assuming the valve is 12), invert it, and put the valve against the ground. Then, grab the tire real fucking hard, and push it into the ground. Stretch it on the rim. Then, move your hands to 9 and 3. Grab and stretch. Pushing really hard against the ground. Then, 10 and 2. Grab and stretch that tire.

By the time you get close to the valve, the tire shop pop right over the rim. No tools required.

Also, make sure you have the bead in the rim channel.

Stretch the tire. It will fit over the rim just fine.

Try to fit the tyre on the valve side first then make your way around to the opposite side. Also make sure the bead is fitted correctly under the valve otherwise the tyre can pop off near the valve.
