Was thinking this build would be wrapped up today. Swapped the original tires for some Conti RaceKings and added compression less brake housing. As I was installing the housing I ripped the original tape.
A trip to the Internet later and I ordered a PNW Coast stem and Bars(520) as well as some Ergon bar tape and a saddle.
Looks like it will be a few more days until it's completed.

Clamp it on the seat post. Aluminum is stronger than carbon but still best not to clamp it there.
