Another Stumpjumper

Bit of a parts bin, and new parts build.

It's almost done, just needs the following fixed:

Steerer tube cut
Tires properly seated (I've tried soap, still not working)
Shifting needs work (skips gears, and skips on the smaller cog – I guess a worn cassette + too small for rear derailleur)

To add:
Mud guards for winter
Front rack
Bag for inner triangle
