my bike fell off my rack and scraped the ground for a few meters. The pedals are Shimano PD-6800. I was wondering if I could find the screws to screw the metal part back or maybe I could buy only the right pedal (very unlikely) ?

i doubt it, the metal is bent and it will be hard to bend it back to the right shape and get it to stay. i’d replace it.
It’s cosmetic just tear it off
