VAP Butterfly 3 ?

I have a cheap Amazon handlebar extender that I use to secure a handlebar bag to the front.

It might not have quite all the bells and whistles of the one you linked. But it cost $10 instead of $100+. Probably not built to last as well either, but it’s worked well for me.

Edit: I didn’t fully check the product before posting. It definitely has some cool features, but you can definitely achieve similar results for a fraction of the price just with a handlebar extender and some inner bar ends.
