I recently got a new bike frame that came with a dropper as well but when I got the bike back the mechanic told me that the dropper doesn’t go down all the way and he can’t seem to figure out why. Previous owner says he never did anything to it as he got brand new in november. Could it be a problem with the cables or remote?
