Hello!
I just bought a new bike off of Facebook Marketplace, and since I am completely new to biking pretty much, I didn’t know it didn’t have gears! I guess I just assumed it would!
I bought this New Belgium Brewing Fat Tire bike, and I cannot find any other like it on the internet, so if anyone knows much about this, that would be awesome!
Online, New Belgium Brewing bikes go for more than $500, so I’m a little shocked!
Anyway, I live in a hilly area and this is honestly torture to ride as I cannot ride even up slight hills— is this normal? I just bought chain lubricant in case it’s because there’s some tension, but what is the normal experience in riding a single speed bike? Thanks.
