I already have 1 Aline, but eventually I would like to own a second one with a more modern take on parts. Would I be able to use a new Marzocchi Bomber 58 with 27.5 front ant back with this frame? If not, could someone explain why?

I doubt you’ll get a 275 in the rear there won’t be room for it.
You could put the fork and a 275 on the front and mini-mullet. But it won’t ride that great, the geometry is ancient and the BB will be sky high.
Yes. Something like a duro razorback in the rear paired with a 27.5″ front would work. You could go full 26 as well, but I would recommend most that you invest in offset bushings and put the shock in the low BB setting if you want to mini mullet it.
Any modern dh fork and a 27.5 front wheel will work fine but I don’t think a 27.5 rear wheel would fit
