The Trampe bicycle lift, invented in Trondheim, #Norway, is a unique elevator for cyclists and small vehicles to climb steep hills. It was upgraded in 2013 and renamed CycloCable. Cyclists place their foot on a platform and are carried uphill at a comfortable speed. The Trampe/CycloCable not only helps cyclists with their commute but also attracts tourists.
Cyclists and users of small-wheeled transport can ascend a challenging 150-meter incline by placing their right foot on a starting point and pressing a button.
