They are the limit screws for the derailleur, to help with fine tuning the shifting. One is high and one is low, and they determine the max distance that it will move when shifting.

The one heads up is that these H and L screws work different than a typical front derailleur. Watching a video is a great idea, but if you prefer boring manuals here you go.
