Anyone able to ID what brand this bikes frame is

Maybe custom or self made, ~~that solder~~ those welds doesn’t look like something you would get on a brand bike.

Edit : weld not solder I always mix the two cause in french it the same word for both

Probably a BMX brand. Like how sometimes they make trail type BMX bikes.
