Yes, it could open a slit and you will have to go home walking, that happened to me twice, lucky that I was less than 2 km from home

If you enjoy flat tires then keep on riding them. Otherwise, yes.

A little dry rotted, you probably should change them. However, I don’t think they’re going to blow up anytime very soon.
