It’s steel bro, fucking send it. But seriously as long as the frame is still in alignment I wouldn’t hesitate to ride it. Steel can withstand significant abuse and even when it does fail it usually happens so slowly that you have plenty of time to stop riding.

I dented the top tube on my 1997 Merckx Corsa about 25 years ago. The dent was the size of my thumb. It sent it to a frame shop and he inspected, filled, and painted over it. I’ve put 65k miles on it since then with no issues.
