Looks like the older 105 5800 groupset (came out in 2014), alloy seatpost and bars, and basic Mavic wheelset. I wouldn’t pay more than $550-$600 if the frame is in good to very good condition but I’m a stingy bastard. In your position, I’d keep the bike for the high-quality frameset and use it as a wet-weather or climbing bike.
