Didn’t really do anything to it except change the tyre’s when it was worn out.. oh and fenders too. Bottle cages at the back are for my kid when O have the child seat on. How can i make this ride better?

It looks pretty good to me, why do you feel it needs to be “better”? if it were me, i would go for a longer top tube bag, one that extends the full length of the frame.
