I have this scooter in red and it tops out at 19mph depending on the rider and a range of somewhat 10 miles overall it does good on hills and i would rate it 4.5 stars

Where can I find it
If it wasn't for my need to go 10 miles a day at a speed that at least comes close to traffic street speed, I'd be running through these cheap scooters regularly. But so few of these go 25mph+ and can confidently go 10 miles at top speed.
