Kinda wish this had cliff notes but it's a great video
Subscribe to the channel for more interviews with experts like Professor Foster. Who should we interview next?
These "experts" keep banging on about the importance of sleep and its impact on our health as though there are no people who can't achieve adequate sleep if they follow certain behaviours and procedures. Yet there are people, chronic insomniacs, who are very aware of the impact on health of poor sleep who just want solutions. This is never addressed, and solutions are never forthcoming.
