Fuji touring disc ltd – How would you rate it.

As per subject. What do you think about the Fuji touring disc ltd bike.

Is there any better alternative in Europe out if the box?

I would like to have a grx groupset and willing to spend a bit morez but not sure if it is going to make a big difference.
For the frame. Is the Reynolds 520 a good frame. Reading here it is not rewarded as one of the nicest.
