not one for the purists’ since i have front brake though i am almost 500 ft above sea level. went with 48t chainring, 17t sprocket to try out for awhile. spd pedals because thats what i have on the mtb.

Remove the rear brake bridge and fit 90mm tires. Your fork should have clearance.
My favorite part is the super thin tire on the front wheel with the huge ass clearance for monster tires 😭
No hate on the fork but depending on your style of riding it can be very easy to snap that headtube, especially if it’s 1”. The frame looks like a traditional track frame and over time a crack or deformation can form on or around the headtube welds from the force generated by a disc brake alone. This is also not taking to account the increased leverage produced by a fork with that much axle to crown length
I’ve done it with a 29er suspension fork and it’s fun but be mindful and check the frame every now and then
