Ball bearings are trashed, bike shops will rebuild them fairly cheap
The movement, Yes, totally normal for a freewheel.
However the hub is dead. That sound is a pitted cup/cone interface. And the bearings that roll between them are probably just as bad.
Not to be a dick, but judging by the dropouts, you might want to upgrade the whole bike.
Thats the lowest quality wheel ever made. Throw the whole wheel in the garbage. Its trash times 10. Sourcebmx for a new one.
