Those were great frames. I built one up for my girlfriend 20+ years ago. I can remember they had the frames for sale in the Supergo paper catalogs they sent out. Added a decent Mantitou fork, Shimano XT drivetrain I had in the spare parts bin and some nice Avid v-brakes. She became hooked on mountain biking – which is a good thing because we have now been married 25 years and it would suck if she didn’t enjoy it!

I love it man. It’s a great feeling to ride an old bike and to keep them in circulation. No reason to buy something new or discard something old if it still meets your needs.
Today’s society is always buy buy buy. But a large portion of that is not necessary.
