Is this a good deal/bike (Trek 9th District) for $200?

Will mostly be using it for riding around the neighborhood/city trails and sometimes commute to work (3miles) with a couple of hills. I am not sure what year it is but I think they stopped making them around 2014. Owner says they bought it new about 5ish years ago, it’s been sitting in the their garage, and has been ridden a few times. What would be a fair/good price for it? I was looking for a hybrid bike like trek fx, specialized sirrus, etc. but most are $400+ on fb marketplace, and thought this might also work.
