After 3 years of constant use my old Giro Aether had gotten quite a bit gross. I wanted to get a new one for a while but I didn’t want to compromise and step back from the world class cooling i had grown accustomed to with the Aether nor the spherical mips that is pretty cool. I would have taken the Aether again but since it got discontinued many shops don’t have it any more or it’s been sitting out for ages.
Lucky for me I managed to snag an Aries for a great price and I love the color too. We’ll see how good the cooling is but according to reviews and at first glance it might even be better than the Aether. Only the retention for the glasses is a bit janky
Super excited, can’t wait for the weather to warm up so I can test it out
