Most definitely. Nukeproof isn’t something you can get outside of Europe really anymore, so some discount may make sense, but not this much. Still a nice bike with nice parts. 800 is way too cheap.

Possibly – although my experience with bike thieves is that 1) they usually aren’t familiar with the make and model and 2) are not posting on pink bikes. It’s more likely to be a scam in my mind as opposed to being stolen – but who know, sometimes you get lucky and a rich person is just offloading their shit!

The red flag for a stolen bike in an ad is “Bike” as the headline and €200 or so for the price.
If that’s a stolen bike it’s been stolen by a mountain biker.

No thief makes that much effort in an ad for a stolen bike.
More likely to be a scam.
Since they invited you to check it out, make an appointment to do a test ride.
Run google street view to make sure you are not meeting in a blind alley.
Bring a friend just in case they try and jump you.
Hide the bulk of you cash under the spare tire or some other place, (not glove box or arm rest)

could be real i got my nukeproof giga 297 comp for £500, it was my uncles though but he wasn’t convinced he would get much more for it
