No damage, other than a punctured tire tube.
Just curious if I’m getting a deal or not, or if it’s even worthwhile. Been trying to get into biking but now that I know to avoid “cheapo” Walmart brand bikes, I have been perusing used markets. Thanks for any insight!

Yeah I’d say it’s worth 75 if its not rusted anywhere, but I’d want to see it in person.
Editing to add:
That rear brake cable is very suspicious. I’d test ride it in a flat area. If that’s what the previous owner did as “maintenance” I’d be sketched out. Maybe talk the other person down a bit since you’re gonna wanna fix that (or pay someone to)
