
I’ve come a long way with my barspins. I can now throw them both ways pretty comfortably. Definitely not always first try but the confidence is there. My problem and habit I cannot break is that I kind of do an “x-up” as I’m throwing them which makes my catching hand too late to go back under to catch when the bars come back around. I see a lot of people have this problem when first learning barspins as well. So my question is how did you guys break that habit and how did you get your catching hand to go under instead of over in order to catch in air? How did you break the x-up curse!?!? Thank you!
