Remove the seatmast, clean it all off, and take a better picture. It’s real hard to see here.

Looks bad. What is the contraption right above/around the crack? Doesn’t the TCR feature an integrated seat post clamp?

Is the seat post inserted into the mast at least 90mm? There is a minimum insert of 90-100mm for most post/mast systems like this. If it is inserted less than the minimum, the mast can lever against the post and break it. If you really need your saddle this high up, they make alternate masts for different height ranges.

Take a better picture with the seat mast off for a better assessment. This gen of ISP is very easy to Iver tighten and crack so it is not looking good for you.
