You can cycle from Stratford in east London to Upton Park entirely on quiet streets and protected cycle lanes.
The route is 3.2km long (2 miles) and makes use of the Whalebone Lane path and the West Ham Park LTN.

love to see east london videos! 🙂
Weather reminding me of this AMs freezing long ride ☀️ ⛄️ 🚲
The part through West Ham Park, Is that time restricted, or open 24 Hours?
Nice route bye the way.
Really liked today's route. Looked to me that the first part could easily (and cheaply) be improved just by moving litter bins etc. Great to cycle through the park. Looks to be great potential in East London. Thanks for the video.
I’ve been making good use of your Elephant and Castle route from a while back. No need for me to use the main junction now!
Another excellent cycling vlog
If you turn right rather than left on Ham Park Rd and then almost immediately go into the park you can follow a diagonal cyclepath through the park which is more direct. At least this is how it appears on Open Cycle Map but I need to recce it to make sure.
Love to see more Newham content!
