Bought this vintage single speed peugot for €50 (~$51.8) to learn a bit about bike repair. Managed to remove the seized stem after a lot of sawing (worst case scenario…).
I would have to replace quite some parts to make it function well again, but I have some doubts if the frame is worth the effort now that I know a bit more.
I am now thinking of at least replacing the stem and tires.
