Indeed. This is what I’ve planning on putting on my tall bike when I get it finished. The easiest way to set up the wheel seems to be screwing the first freewheel on halfway (maybe with a spacer behind it?) then screwing a bb cup into it and then the second freewheel onto that.

OMG, that first pic with the front derailleur, I daily ride the same setup but way worse :
It works very well compared to how I expected it to, but that’s not saying much. I have 16 and 24 freewheels, and three chainrings at the front. The gear sequence goes forwards-1, forwards-2, backwards-1, forwards-3, backwards-2, backwards-3, but it only shifts when pedaling forwards.

It’s the worst of both worlds. I love it
