Just finished this build out yesterday, 26.5lb. Took her to a local gravel cup this morning for a break in. There was only one other fat bike. I got tons of looks, compliments and WTF's.
I just started biking three months ago. I've become a bit obsessed.

Awesome bike. I would dare suggest there’s more fun contexts to ride it 🤣😂. To each their own, I have a friend, he did a 200k randonneur ride on a single speed fatbike.
How’s the fork? Not sure how much assistance it would be except in rougher sections on gravel.
