Hi! I'm planning a ride from LA to Palm Springs. It looks pretty straight forward, generally, San Francisco -> Pinnacles -> Coalinga -> Bakersfield -> Lancaster -> Yucca Valley -> Palm Springs.
My question is, the route between Bakersfield and Lancaster looks a little iffy. Komoot is routing me across some seemingly non-existent dirt roads, and Google seems to find roads that actually exist, but also says some of the route is closed. It seems to be the section through Tejon Ranch, through the Sebastian Indian Reservation.
Does anyone know if it's possible to ride thought this area? Ideally, I'd also be looking for a spot to camp out for the night somewhere along here.
