QBP is laying people off again.

QBP is doing what they do… again!

Coming from a person that worked there for 19 years, always had stellar reviews, was let go during the pandemic and received no severance. This place is an absolute dumpster fire that pays much less than industry average and expects you to always do more with less. They are the quintessential “here is a pizza party” place. They think they are saving the world by creating mediocre overpriced bikes but they have an overall horsecrap culture.

But another 20 people have been laid off. Without severance again. I feel bad for the employees in Taiwan as they are the best staff they have.

Another thing to note is that QBP is very anti-union. They even go as far as hiring union busters pros from outside to prevent them from ever happening.
