Hey there, I purchased a couple of military sustainment bags with the aim of turning them into panniers. I was to install some hooks to make them easier to attach to the bike (standard hooks you see on panniers). I was looking at the top recommended ones on amazon but wondering if anyone had and good recommendations.

My suggestion is use nylon straps to make the “skeleton” if you will. I see a lot of bags where the straps are only at the handles and shoddy stitching makes them just rip off of the bag. I wouldn’t want most of the weight supported just by the skin.
