I’m looking for a road bike for a “casual” race tournament and I know both these bikes are not top of the line. Let me know what’s a good deal between the two. Yes both are my sizes. Seller says Diamondback 3 is 2012 and Specialized Allez is 2008 model.

It looks like the Alez doesn’t have fully integrated shifters (I don’t see the paddles you’d typically see) which is a pretty big ergonomic downside.
Assuming the same price, go for the diamondback. The diamondback has newer components, and higher end components (105 VS tiagra on the allez).
If I were starting from just the frame, I’d go for the Specialized. With groupsets involved, taking visual-only condition of drivetrain and wheels into consideration, and assuming it really is a size that you can get into an aggressive enough position on for racing (honestly hard to believe with the headtube stack on that), I’d go the the Diamondback, but I’d be careful to inspect the frame’s condition before riding.
