Smallest cog, bottle needs to be in the first cage position, saddle bag and light need to be taken off, tires need to match, pedals need to be removed and replaced with proper clipless options, bottle cages need to match. Please repost.
*Jk. Is that a Lynskey Pro GR frame?*

No. Cut the steer tube flush with the stem… even better slam the stem, mismatched tires, remove the bottle and mismatched cages and the pump, get some clipless mtb pedals, click the snap on the saddlebag, remove rear light being held on by a rubber band, flush cut all the zip ties, put a cap on the frayed cables,… try again.

Hoo boy, where do I start? Force levers with Rival derailleur, no cable tip/frayed cable, Shimano rotors on sram calipers, uncut steer tube, mismatched bottle cages, MTB pedals… this bike is a mess.
