Great plan – I did most of this route in 2019, took a flight to Hamburg, then cycled back home – Lubeck, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Turku, Helsinki, Tallinn, Riga, Kauans, Gdansk, Bruges, Calais, then back to Aylesbury. Missed out the bit of Russia and Norway owing to budget and time.
Hello, I would like to do the Klaipeda-Tallinn part this summer and am wondering how developed the bike paths are along the coast? And how it compares with more inland routes espcially in Lithuania?

The only dodgy bit is going via Hull!
