Day two of trip from England to Grenoble, France and then down South to the coast and then West to Bayonne, France past the Pyrenees and then onto Bilbao port, Spain. Today I’m coming down the A24 enroute to the port of Portsmouth. The discussion here with my video diary is about Google maps for bikes verses Google maps for the cars! The later is quicker and may even in some cases be safer. The cycle route keeps me on narrow hilly roads which are both time consuming knackering and still dangerous. Or they take you down off road routes that may be mud and not suitable for road touring bikes.
