If they don’t change, next time lock your bike to their bike. Or bring an extra lock and lock their bike with it.

This is somewhat inconsiderate, but in their defence, that bike rack is trash and only really has space to lock up 4 bikes properly.

To securely lock bike you have to lock the frame . I have had many bike that dont fit in those slots.
