When I spin my cranks and let go, the wheels don't seem to spin long, and I feel like it's either the bearings or something in the hub that's slowing the spin down, what you think?

Usually it’s just the bearing grease getting thicker and less smooth as dust/debris naturally ingresses. Regreasing is generally the solution for this.
