It is vintage, but It is a welded frame (no lugs) with a unicrown fork, so it is not a desirable vintage bike. I bet it is a sweet ride, though.

Vintage as in wine? Vintage as in cars? Vintage as in reddit? Whatever, I’d love to ride that.
You could make it look a mite better by replacing the steel stem with an alloy stem, but it’s a fine C20th bike.

Depends who your asking, mid 90s isn’t vintage for me that’s a prime racing machine I could never afford.

100% a classic steel frame racing bike. They made good ones for sure. I’d go full Campy on this one.

It’s more classic but I guess it’s similar.

No. Now hand me over that sweet stem

YES IT IS!!!
If you have the chance to buy this bike get it now.
Not sure what the value is but it is a rare bike, but don’t buy it thinking you’re going to sell it and make a mint, this is a collector’s bike, and as it is with anything collectible you will rarely make any money on it. I posted a website so you can see what the original components were, those components need to be on that bike to make it worth more, if some of the original components are no longer on the bike and replacements were added instead, then you’ll need to search Ebay and the internet to find the correct components for it. Having the correct components makes the bike worth more, but by the time you spend money to get the components you are again simply balancing out what you will pay for the bike vs what you can sell it for. This will be a project, a labor of love, more than making considerable money, but the bike is definitely worth collecting.

Sweet ride! It sure is vintage.
Its a top quality Italian bike. Unfortunately bike values rarely appreciate. I couldn’t begin to give you a value. But enjoy riding!
What’s up, twin?
I’m quite the fan of the power +, got mine in Italy quite a few years ago
