You guys may have seen my post yesterday of my bike being stolen & now i’m looking at new contenders to replace her. The Tarmac SL7 Sport is on a really heavy discount down from £3250 to £1999, is it worth the price point, i saw some relatively negative comments about it on youtube.
Only problem is that i really hate the colour, but the white one is £750 more expensive 🙁

Is it available in your size anywhere?
That’s the issue I’m running into with the sale priced bikes. They’re mostly last years inventory and all sold out in my size.
I like the color though, for what it’s worth. I love white bikes, and likely am going to forgo my preference also to get a bike at a good deal.
It’s a good deal, but don’t buy it if you hate the color!
Don’t buy a bike in a colour you really hate if you’re like me. I’d always be bothered by it and I would never truly love it and end up replacing it quicker.
Ignore anyone who speaks ill of the SL7. The SL7 is an excellent bike, the 105 group is an excellent group. Getting it at that price is criminal.
But more importantly…. you hate the color black?
That’s a steal in todays market tbh – wish I had the funds and flexibility to daily it haha
Lots of places will paint it for you. I have been following phat creations on Facebook for years. They are in the UK and do amazing work. I bet for £750 they could something insane!
