- Try: Original stem + cheapest dropbar I could find = shit
- Try: Cheapest 25.4 stem with very little length and some raise + cheapest dropbar = still shit but better
- Try cheapest 25.4 stem sanded to 26.0 + Deda Piega dropbar in 440mm = not shit at all
Also changed the shifters to stem mounted friction because I like the bars clean.
And swapped the tektro levers with shimano RX100, which suit me much better and also decrease the reach a tiny bit.
Of course I botched the bar tape but I dont give a fuck, this thing is super fun!

Also: Thanks to the person who recommended the deda bars! By far the only affordable option I could find in germany (all the nitto stuff is sold out anyway and worth 2x the bike).
Looks incredible, and your pink/white color coordination with the frame is superb.
Looks Super nice man!
is this the stem from AliExpress? Was wondering about the quality
God I want drops so bad! This looks sick
Hell yes, beautiful bike, smart choices, perfect execution, 10/10 👌
Only thing I’d do different is bar-end shifters, but I agree on the cleanliness/aesthetics of putting them on the stem.
I always need a couple attempts to get bar tape on, i’ll nail it one day lol
dig it
Looks amazing! The color coordination is truly on point! I’ve seen that same stem by Uno on AliExpress, might snag it if it’s basically the same thing and it’s working well for you!
