Hi guys, new issue with the 10 days old aeroad. I noticed some resistance @ the driveside. Came home, losed the cranks and noticed the cup @ the drive side was broken. I called service support. The adviced me to go to a service Point (1h driving ) or make a warranty claim so they can send a new bottom bracket. I was wondering, how do I remove the long side of this Ninja token BB, just knock it out with a rubber hammer? The support guy said it's pressed, but can't see it, even not in the Token Ninja manual. I can only unscrew the short side (non drive end).

Id go to a warranty shop, bottom brackets are a pain.
Definitely go to warranty workshop and let them deal with it, before you mess up your frame
Don’t try and knock it out with a rubber hammer. You’ll need a bearing press with removal bits to remove the BB and install a new one.
Ahum, in the time I was typing my previous message, I could actualy push it out by hand, by pushing on the short side. Don’t think it’s really pressed, they call it self threaded.

I guess I can replace it with a torque wrench and the same tool I used to loose it?
