The turbo roundabout at the border of ‘s-Hertogenbosch and Vught in the Netherlands has two overpasses for cycling. There is no interaction between motor traffic and people on bicycles.
Love it! Would be awesome to have a POV of navigating it, or at least stay focused on person as they navigate the entirety of it. It's hard to get a sense of how the different shots here relate to one another.
The US can't even imagine this quality of infrastructure. Most drivers have a fit anytime they see even a painted bike gutter and call people on bikes elitist and entitled. And people walking are poor and lazy. We've convinced an entire culture that driving a personal automobile, whether it costs a lot or a little, even if it os illegal to drive which is very common in the US, look up "ghost plates", is the goal and anyone who can't or won't do it is somehow.a bad person. It's tragic and terrible. Good thing the US is in freefall collapse over the next decade or so.
It would be good to have a video explaining how the Turbo Roundabout works for car traffic and cycling . From what I under stand its safer for car traffic than a conventional roundabout. I am from the UK we us roundabouts a lot but not like this.

Little boy without a hemlet, cycling, on his phone going through red. Thát you will see only in Amsterdam. Cost you by the way € 270.
I need to stop watching your videos, they make me weep too much.
