The mystery house was lovely and being cheaper than the other 2 with the biggest space had the most value for money. I would make some adjustments such as a kitchen island and maybe some skylights to let in more natural light. I would make the loft area a study with a sofa bed for guests and make the study downstairs a 3rd bedroom.
