Sad guy with a God complex. He gets off on the power. Loves to see people beg and plead. Why does he play the Jaws theme when stalking his "prey"? Why does he say "Ill think about it?" when he knows full well hes going to report someone anyway. Likes to imagine people sweating at home because of him. Why do cyclists and motorcyclists get a free pass? Why the confrontation? Why film it at all? He could just report people directly to the police. Dont get me wrong. Most of the people in these videos ARE guilty and deserve punishment. But I dont believe the way this guy operates is at all palatable.

It’s a grift to him, exploits his dead father (who was killed by a drunk driver) yet never targets any actual drunk drivers, and cycles down stationary traffic on roads that have statistically no serious accidents for years (thanks to upgrades, addition of cycle lanes etc) just to get easy content.
