Thats not an Autobahn. Autobahnen in Germany have blue signs, thats just a bigger normal road called Bundesstraße.
In Germany we call this type of Road an "Autobahn-ähnlich ausgebaute Bundeskraftfahrstraße" (Federal motorway that is built like the Autobahn). Motorway is Australian English here, I don't know the term in British English.
